Exelsys offers Customers and their employees who are registered to use the Service and who provide contact information a means to choose how the Company uses the information provided. You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of the Company’s marketing emails. Additionally, you may send a request specifying your communications preferences by clicking here. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with Exelsys or the Service.

Data Location and Data Transfers

Any data you submit through teh website is stored in the United Kingdom. Exelsys does not transfer data to any other country outside the European Union.

We will retain your personal information we process on behalf of our Customers for as long as needed to provide services to our Clients. Exelsys will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
